Next Monday night, King of the Ring returns! Who do you want to win?

King of the Ring has been used to springboard the careers of many wrestlers: Stone Cold Steve Austin, Triple H and Edge, for example. Who do you want to win? Apparently, the whole tournament is going to be on next weeks' 3 hour broadcast, which would make qualifying matches hard to fit in. That, to me is unfortunate, because when the wrestlers have to win qualifying matches, it seems more special. Personally, I wish it was still an annual PPV. I believe some of the wrestlers involved are Chris Jericho, Matt Hardy, MVP and C.M. Punk. It should be listed on wwe.com. Now, chances are he won't be in it due to the movie he's filming, but King Kennedy.....Kennedy has a nice ring to it!

I will have to agree with you. I'm not a real big fan of his, but I think they could promote and give him better chances. It seems to me once he got suspened he went down hill. He is a great talent no doubt. Maybe they are making him prove himself again to get that chance again. I think King Of The Ring is his chance!! Even though I would love for Matt Hardy to win!!

I am not a big fan of Kennedy but it would be a good move for Kennedy to win it. You get a shot at the world title as well like the Money in the Bank, so yeah a good career move for Kennedy. I am not so sure with C.M. Punk as he has the Money in the Bank and Chris Jericho has enough anyway and not MVP. It would be a good move for Matt Hardy as well.

I would like kenedy to win. Since he deserves a push since getting scrwed out of the last one for injuries so its time they just gave it to him already. But wounder when his match would be since backlash mainevent is set. Would it be at judgement day or when.

Well mabye at Judgement Day, but for him to get a good shot, Id get the Intercontinental Title first, and then mabye go for the WWE Title at Summerslam, itd be a safewr bet if I was Kennedy, it will help him train and get in the right mindset.

A Chris Jericho-Mr. Kennedy IC title feud would be interesting. Only problem is, both are heels now. At least Jericho has been acting heelish lately. I think Mr. Kennedy could be turned face easily, though. Maybe not right away, but when he comes back to Raw, there could be a slow build to it.

I am going for CM Punk. I hope he finds a way to win the King of The Ring. I think Jericho and Hardy have been very successful already and MVP has had early success. I would like to see CM Punk win it all.

i remember the king of the ring. bret hart was a winner of this tournament before. nice concept really. i agree with what you said about the king of the ring having qualifying matches. i think kennedy wins this one as well. not really impressed with the line-up. it could have used mroe stars. anyway, i'll still watch it though.

I really hope that it is cross brand (all 3 brands can represent wrestlers) because if it is then i hope the winner will be King FINLAY with prince HORNSWOGGLE.

yeah i don't think jericho will win with him being IC champ, Hardy and MVP are feuding for the US championship and CM punk already has money in the bank, if Kennedy is in it he is the perfect one to win to get a push that he needs, i thought he would have won money in the bank so he is the perfect choice to win this
