how to avoid spams

there are many spams when you open your mails even if you unsubscribe them this continues to come during that kind of time what can one do kindly help me in this issue

1 thing you don't do - is use the unsubscribe link. Even though this supposedly removes you from the list to receive that particular spam, it will probably end up putting you on other lists. This is because if you use the unsuscribe link to remove your email address you are, in fact, proving to them that your email address is valid. They then will note this and this information gets passed on. Just use your email provider's spam blocking, and your anti-virus spam blocking utilities to add the domain that the spam originates from. This will help alleviate some of the load.

I have two mail account. Personal from my Internet provider, I only give this to my friends and sites I TRUST WELL. Gmail, I give this out to whoever, It doesnt matter if I get spam to it, Gmail takes care of atleast 90% anyway.
