Tragic Accident..... to Close to home

A 17 Year old was killed Saturday as the result of a car v.s tractor trailer tanker accident.
What A Beautiful young lady to be taken from the world so soon and in such a tragic way. Please say a prayer for the family!!
This hits to close to home. This accident took place only a few seconds from where I work. There are huge tire tracks in the grass all the way to the movie store where the trailer finally stoped. Thank god the movie store was closed down. Where they hit was the kids section and if it were open so many others would have been hurt.
The tire tracks and next to the store are now lined with flowers from friends and family. Its such an erie feeling when you drive by. It could have been anyone. Could have been someone I knew. I feel so bad for the family of this girl. They will be in my thoughts and prayers.

I really hate when things like this happen and cant imagine what the family must be feeling right now. They lost a precious gift.
Another sad thing is the man who was driving the tractor trailor will be charged with murder. I dont think thats fair. Its not like he did it on purpose. It was a tragic accident. He wasnt drunk and dint have drugs in his system...so why a murder charge? This man will suffer enough knowing what he did. What are your thoughts on this?

There is said to be a big rise of teens, 16-24 having car accidents. I think that's why they had considered raising the age of drivers. I don't disagree with the fact that thats the age where kids first drink and party. maybe they should consider the age change.
There has to be a reason why he's getting charged for murder. Why'd the accident even occur?

I agree. They should change the driving age to 21 atleast. You are more responcible {ok most are} the older you get.
From what I gather she pulled out in front of him and he swerved to avoid her but hit her anyway.

Me too. I hate when young people die. Cut down in there prime. They really havent even lived yet so to speak. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.
