CAREER GOALS: In my more than twelve years of work experience I have gathered rich technical & managerial skills and some international exposures. I have enjoyed more than three years of working in the production department of a biscuit plant. In the present post apart from teaching and research I am engaged in microbial and biochemical analysis of food products. I strongly hope these experiences would provide me an ideal platform to utilize and enhance my skills in a multinational food processing unit. SUMMARY PROFILE: After completion of my M. Sc. (Food Technology) from CFTRI, Mysore, India with 1st divison, I have served a leading biscuit manufacturing company as a shift executive in the production department for little more than 3 years. I have been associated with not only in the increase in production and productivity but also with quality standards of the product. My foundation is based on engineering, which has given me enough confidence to work with machinaries and maintenance works, which is the heart of any biscuit plant. I have also done executive MBA programme, and I have also done an international post graduate course on Food Management in Israel. All these have provided me management and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a multinational food processing unit.
