I am currently going to college for Medical assisting but where i am currently at the jobs may be limitied. Well i was goin to get my associates of applied science and was thinking of going to take some extra classes in child care and opening my own daycare. I was wondering if you think that having a medical backround and then opening a daycare would be a smart move. Would more people want a person with this type of backround or do you think i should just persue more education in healthcare.

I don't think anyone can learn too much, I think having medical knowledge would have to help you in childcare, I think it would be wise to learn as much as possible so you have many avenues to follow, so long has you can handle the workload..
