Open web pages on my PSP working offline

I recently downloaded some tutorials that are all in html format from the internet. What I want to do is copy them onto my PSP's memory card and then open them with the psp web browser whenever I have a moment and I'm not doing anything. Does anyone know if it is possible and how I can do it? I can't find on the PSP's web browser anything that says "open locally stored file" or anything to that effect.
