Does anyone know of any good and sad memoirs to read?

swaffy did you go on to read a man called David after you read A Child Called It. I read it as its a sequel and I think there was one more by the same author. As long as I live I will never forget reading A Child Called It and A Man called David is just as good.Sol I imagine the last one whose name I do not remember will be just as good and as touching as they are all three'about the child called it.
