Which situation do you think is worse, receiving a trophy then finding out it was given to you because of a mistake with the judges score sheet or not winning a trophy even if you and the audience know that you deserve to win something? This is based on personal experience so hearing your opinions about it would help me see if my reaction was normal. Another follow-up question would be, what would you guys do if you are in one of these situations? How would you react?

i'd rather not get the trophy... it's very embarrassing to be mistaken as the winner but then you'll just find out that it's not for you... in every competition, there is a loser and the winner, so you can be the winner or the loser and if u lose, accept it,, and as long as u know that udid ur best, be happy coz u know u did it very well

I would be more ashamed if I received an award I didn't deserve in the first place. I don't like being deceived and deceiving people. And people would doubt my skills if the first one happened. At least, in the second scenario, I am not the one at fault and I know the truth that I deserve to win. I was in the second situation before.

Ifi it was me, id feel worse taking a trophy and not deserving it . if i didnt actually earn it i wouldnt want it. Id prob give it to whomever was suppsoed to get it. If i deserved it id be a bit mad. but stuff happens..there is more important stuff in life than a trophy right? :)
