McDonald or KFC Which is better?

Which one is better out of these 2, i like Grilled Chicken burger of KFC and Mac Aloo Tikki of mac Donald...

KFC, Their chicken is really crunchy and lots of gravvy too.. i only like McDonalds bcoz of their fries..

My sis is a nutrionist, and she has always felt that mcdonalds has to really improve iterms of trans fat, which is no good for your health, but recently found out that kfc has introduced a snack with no trans fat, that really a good news to me., i would any time go for kfc than to mcdonald

I don't particularly like either of their chicken. I don't trust it. So if those were my choices, I would go to McDonalds and get cheeseburgers.
