Which do you prefer to drink when having your meal?

What usually you drink while having your meal? Me, i prefer water, juice or iced tea, I don't drink softdrinks so much.And it's more healthy if your drinks are natural.But which is better to drink water or juice? Sometimes, I often drink juice than water.I just wanna if it's bad to drink so much juice. What's your opinion about this?

i drink water when i have my meals. it's the healthiest choice. even when i'm eating out, i get bottled water instead of sodas or juices. once in awhile though, i drink sodas but i try to limit it. i always make it a point to drink at least 10 glasses of water each day.

I prefer to have water with my meal. If there is juice, it should be fruit juice. But I still prefer water. If I drink softdrinks during a meal, I am sure that I will not be able to consume the food on my plate. Soda or softdrinks make me feel so stuffed.

I prefer to drink milk mix with cocoa powder. I usually drink this in the breakfast. I couple it with a bread.

I drink water usually with meals,wen m at home eating homely food..but if m at junk food restaurent eating burger or pizza, I take pepsi or coke or icedtea... I think water will be better as it quenches ur thirst better than everything else...but if ur comfortable with juice its ok i guess...

Water is always the best option, and don't forget filtered or bottled if you are unhappy with your city water. Juice, even the natural 100% juice varieties without added sugar, preservatives or anything still contain lots of natural sugars (fructose) and calories. It is amazing how many calories a person can drink without realizing it! If you really love juice, water it down a little, or add lots of ice. If you like fizz, add unflavored sparkling water, or lemon or lime sparkling water to your juice along with the ice. I usually drink water or iced tea, I have soda instead of tea if I'm out, like at a restaurant, but I'll get a glass of water too.

Usually i drink water while having my meal.once i read in an article in a paper that drinking juices while eating is good for health compared to drinking water.When i am eating pizzas or burgers i prefer drinking coke or pepsi...I think drinking 2 or 3 glasses of juice per day is not harmful for health.But dont forget to drink water,because it is good for digestion.So my suggestion is you continue drinking juices in a limited manner while eating.
