What is your favourite type of music?

I am currently running a survey for IT/Data collection at college and I have been told that I have to find a minimum of 100 people and ask them what their favourite music is and include it in my coursework. if you could please leave one or two types of music genre that you prefer and that would be great. Also feel free to add any particular music artists that you have an interest in.

Hello. My favorite type of music is Country music. I prefer the old and new. I also like rock-n-roll. I do like the oldies better than the new. For Country music my favorites are Loretta Lynn, Tim McGraw, Alabama, and many more. For rock I love REO, Beattles, CCR, and Air Supply. To just name a few.

I like ..
1. Pop music ~ especially female pop!
2. Alternative - poprock ~ music by daughtry, 3 doors down
3. country ~ not too country..music by dixie chicks and rascal flatts
4. punk rock ~ sometimes when im in the mood.

I would in general go for rock and roll. rock and roll is my music. I love it.

I enjoy most R&B .. Alicia Keys, Neyo, R Kelly and Akon are my favourites at the moment.
I also love Soul, Reggae, Ragga and some Pop.
To be honest, i can listen to anything as long as it has a good beat that i can wiggle my booty to!
Im a child of the 80's also, so i'm a sucker for the 80's hits too :) xxx

i've always been a fan of pop and r&b music and that hasn't changed. i love to listen to ballads, especially! i also like some alternative and soft rock music as well.

I listen to music always. And my music collection have lots of Carnatic classical and lots of semi classical. Carnatic is a famous type of music in the southern part of India. World known Carnatic singer is MS. Subbulakshmi. I have added a photo of her.

I am a fan of 90's pop music and also music from the 60's too like the beatles and elvis etc.
