are you ready for swimsuit season????

ok the weather is starting to warm up around the country and it is time for the same old question: are you ready to put on your swimsuit or do you have some extra winter weight to dispose of first? i let myself down once again and i am no where near ready to even contemplate a bathing suit or shorts so i have work to do. i had a stressful winter and i ate for comfort and gained back some weight i worked really hard to lose last year. it is an ongoing struggle for me. so how about you?
