Would you mention to someone you were talking to that they had a big zit?

I was talking to a neighbor yesterday and couldn't help but notice a huge and I mean HUGE blackhead almost on the tip of her nose! Now this is a nice looking girl with fairly nice skin and I was very surprised to see it. If you know anything about zits or blackheads it's one of those that I think she could easily get rid of. The whole time we talked I wanted to say something to her like offer suggestions on how to get rid of it! One of my daughters had problems with her skin when she was a teenager and I think I could give this girl some good advice but just kept my mouth shut.
Would you have said anything to her? Why would a young girl let this stay on her face when it sticks out like a beacon?

I would be *so* tempted to not only let her know that it was there but, also, ask if I could extract it! Squeezing blackheads and pimples is such an interesting thing to be doing!
One time, I noticed these bumps on this one old man's back that were showing through his t-shirt. I asked him if he had blackheads back there, and he told me that he did.
I asked if I could take a look at them and, perhaps, squeeze them, and he gave me the thrill of a lifetime by giving me the green light.
Let me tell you about the biggest lump.
Matter wormed out of there that was about as thick as a strand of angel hair pasta. It didn't come out all in one piece, but some of the pieces were still pretty big. Some came out intact that were at least six inches in length.
My guess is that, by the time I got that one pore unclogged, there was close to a yard of material!

I've never had a pimple problem so maybe I'm not being the nicest person about it but talking to someone with something as big as this staring you right in the face is very hard to do without wondering if she even knows it's there.

Well maybe yes but i will make it as a joke or ask whats happening with the zit. Because having a big zit really is annoying and thats the first thing you can see when you make eye to eye contact then you will see something that bothers you a lot.

I was thinking of making some sort of joke in mentioning it to her but decided not to. I'll probably do it the next time I see her!

I would...but then I am an awkward conversationalist and make observations when awkward silences come up. I then state an observation like I am just saying something I read like "hey, you have a zit right there". This often leads to an awkward laugh that can be used to enter a discussion starting from how to get rid of zits to talking about good movies....Yeah, I'm not good at talking lol I don't know how a female would react to another person (especially another female) pointing out a flaw in their body. I don't usually do that till I have a good idea how they would react.....
