Well I will probably be voting Republican, because I tend to bepretty Conservative and plus McCain is probably the best of the three. If I had to vote for either Obama or Hillary than I think I would have to choose Hillary. I used to say Obama was the lesser evil of the two, but with recent news, I don't care for Obama at all. I think Hillary is a bit too liberal, but at least she is not racist like Obama. It would be great if Obama would just concede and give it over to Hillary. Then if McCain loses at least we won't have a terrible back-up. Plus, Obama does not have the experience needed to be president of this country. He has only been in the Senate for about three years, which is not even close to the experience needed to be President. At least Hilary has been in the White House before, and has been involved in policy decisions. Ahe has far more experience and is a better candidate all around.

I think it's the very policy decisions that Hillary has made that turn off a lot of Democrats, but yeah, she has made them.

Everyone here knows you and I have strong political disagreements but I'm going to take you completely on your word and answer your question. Their differences on most of the issues are very small indeed and I believe either one of them will make a fine President, certainly better than the alternative; I know you disagree but you asked! My 91 year old mother and I already sent our absentee ballots in and we both voted for Obama. The reason we came to the conclusion we did is because, while neither one of us has the negative feelings many have about Hillary we realize she is a polarizing person and that's not what we need right now. Obama has done something no candidate from either party has been able to do since I've been voting and that's energize the youth of our country. I really think he has what it takes to unite our country and to work toward regaining some of the good will we've lost with the rest of the world, even some of our allies. Also, I have no doubt he is definitely electable, especially once we get down to actually discussing the issues instead of wasting time on all this silly nonsense that has been wasting all of our time lately.
That's my opinion and I know you and some others here will strongly disagree with me, which is fine, but once again, you asked and I tried to answer to the best of my ability.

No agreeing or disagreeing on this one. I asked because I wanted to hear why someone would pick 1 of 2 people I consider almost identical. I admit, if I was a democrat and would only vote democrat, I'd have a hard time choosing.

I was hoping for more Democrat participation too.
I understand though, I can think of a lot of Republicans who I'd have trouble choosing between. Sadly, the one who emerged as the nominee is one of the ones I have no problem deciding against. ;~D
Of course, I may end up voting for him anyway. I'm looking for who he names as a running mate. I'm also studying up on all the candidates from all the parties. Whoever most closely matches my views will get my vote.

It's hard. Sometimes it's hard to put your finger on exactly why you prefer one over another also. I was originally pulling for Joe Biden but he's long gone from the race. Where are my fellow Dems in this post? Come on guys, give your answer here! This is a fair question and nobody will bite you if you respond.

Yeah, I wish more Democrats and Libbies would. So far, Annie is the only one who even tried.
