bad habit

Do you sometimes do bad things in your life over but you regret it?...and yet doing it again and again? Why is that so???

Yes I still fall into sin and do bad things. I really regret it but it's difficult really. I just pray that God will forgive them and asked God to help me overcome sin in my life. Have a wonderful day!
