Is is hard to hide your true feelings????

it used to be very difficult for me to show my true feelings and i would keep them bottled up for years at at time. I have learned though that that only causes unhappiness and bitterness and now can tell what is really on my mind, good or bad. i had a lot of trust issues growing up, which didn't help in telling how i really felt. i had always been a people pleaser no matter what and they would walk all over me and take advantage of me. that is no more. i show my true feelings and speak truth when it is time to do that. however, i am very respectful in how i handle it and i don't come across as a b**ch what so ever. that doesn't resolve anything either. that goes for me too. my friends will know if something is wrong with me right away. even if i laugh, make jokes, they say loneliness reflects in the eyes.

Oh my gosh yes. My nick name is smilie every where I work. I can be having the worst day/year of my life and still smile. Sometimes I wish I had someone to tell my problems too-but most people have their own probablems and dont want to listen. So I keep whatever is bothing locked up. Sometimes I hold in so long I just want scream. I work as a cashier and I have to smile and greet. What I would really like to do is tell them to get the heck out and leave me alone-LOL

It's pretty hard for me to hide my true feeings.Even i don't want others notice that i am unhappy or i am sad. I gave them smiles.But my friends can feel it,maybe it's a bit different from how i do when i am happy.It's preety hard to hide.Especailly pretending to be happy.

i hid behind smiles at times...no one else knows wen sum n is rong with me except my hubby...no matter if i try to hid it

I think a lot of people hate the way I am . When I don't like someone I can't hide my feeling . When I see them , I just ignore them . I know it so rude but I can't smile . If I lie , it seems I lie my self because I'm really not happy when seeing them .

yes its true, there are times i have to cry to my self, of course to the place that no one will notice me. but when in front of the people around me i have to be strong. i dont want them to notice my true feeling that im very sad. hmmm..
