few true friends or many insincere ones?

would you rather have few friends whom you can always dpend on or many friends but you have to still see if they truly mean well for you? i have lots of friends on different aspect of my life but i am not sure if all of them are really sincere.

It is way better to have a few true friends than many who are not close. A true friend is someone who is there for you whenever you need them and who will support you no matter what. That is what you need during the hard times. It is easy to be a friend and have friends when life is good but when the going gets tough thats when you find out who your real friends are.

thank you so much. i think i agree to what you've said. true friends are reall hard to find. and it is only when you are really down and needs help that you can find who really are true to you.

A few trusted are better. Four or five trusted ones will do. But these days even having 4 or 5 is a real great thing.

hi rexiemay... I would prefer quality of friends over quantity... "A man/woman should choose a friend who is better than himself/herself. There are plenty of acquaintances in the world, but very few real friends." SMILE ALWAYS... ^_^

I'd rather have few true friends than many insincere ones. What is the purpose of having many insincere friends if you can't tell your secrets, can't share your ups and downs they are only there in your happy times but when you feel down, they're nowhere to be found. True friends, gives good advices, shares their problems, knows when to cheer you up....Nice topic, keep posting..
