Happy Today

What made you happy today?Today we went to Kalibo to pick up our photo printer and we bough our son and my nephew along. Then we had breakfast at Jollibee, a popular fastfood here in the Philippines. We had fun and I took lots of their photos and I especially loved the picture I took where my nephew, who is turning two this month was giving my son, who's five frech fries. They look really sweet.

At this very moment, even if I am alone, what makes me happy is all the wonderful music I am listening with! My favorite Filipino artists and some of the Christian song by Gary Valenciano! It uplifts my feelings a lot and I am very happy once again to hear it, thanks for this technology that makes me feel like I am just in my Country!

I think it's great that you feel happy even when you're alone. My aunt used to be in love with Gary Valenciano when he saw him in person giving away his calendars while widing on a Coca-Cola truck.

Hi there kim!I think that's not really nonsense if it lifts your spirit up. I feel good whenever I hear my favorite music artist's songs too. Especially their live performance.

Well today its only 9am so the only thing thats made me happy so far is that my kids went to school so now i have silence for a bit.

Oh I really missed those moments when I go with my brothers and had breakfast in Jollibee. And when my nieces and nephew will go with us too, it makes a lot of difference. I just love the sound of thier laughters when they are playing at the playland in Jollibee. I missed those happy times. But now that I am here, I am happy too, since it is weekends and hubby has no work, we always spend time together, dining out, driving around, or just watching TV. Right now, I should be out there in the garden with him, raking because the snow is already gone and it's a nice day.

Hi there ruthinian!
Maybe you can do that again when you go back here for vacation. It's just not healthy to always miss people and places. It makes the heart sad. Might sound corny but it's true. That's what I realized when we reach two years of living here in the province and I did all that I can to convince my husband that we should go visit our families in Manila.
Oh, snow! I really hope we have snow here too. Have fun!

Today isn't one of my happier days but I believe that we must always look for a little ray of joy everyday.
Eversince I started working in my current company, I actually wake up everyday looking forward to coming to work because I can always count on my colleagues' banter to make me smile.
So what made me happy today? Just being alive and well and here.

I'm not that happy, sth happened beyond my control. I can hardly do my own part, let alone to help others and my country. I finally found that i'm patriotic sometimes. Come on Beijing, Come on China.

Actually, I'm feeling blue today. Everything seems wrong. I have some problems with the company I'm working for now, then some problems with my school deposit balance, and I have nothing to do on this spring break. But I'm still feeling a little bit of happiness inside. What makes me happy is to think that soon I will be able to meet my baby....Havent seen him for almost 2 years. Such an fortunate thing to have this chance to meet him again. Im happier each day to think about how close I am to meet him. Wish everyone happy today...^^
