Hi dude
I am of the view that women in this era of technology and advancement should work and they should be treated at par with the Men. Today Women are not confined only to the housekeeping but they can even construct the house.
So, let the person opposing women working after marriage learn the lesson that women can even outperform the men in almost all areas.

according to me women should start a work which can be done from home itself so tht they can pay equal attention yo their kids!
for example sumthin like fashion designin or interiors etc.
coz never can a father replace a mother so it is pointless tht the father stay at home!
so now do u agree wid me?

Hey that is a good idea of women working at home. It will serve the dual purpose. firstly they can earn secondly they can take care of the children and family. But the problem here is that it is difficult to find some suitable business or work at home opportunity etc. The business can be according to the local needs of locality. If collaborative effort is made then it can be a great success. I know some women in my area who own a beauty saloon and earn handsomely in spite of remaining at home.

There is nothing wrong with women working after marriage!
They are not slaves, they are human beings!
And nowadays it takes two people to make a family successful, because of the stressful economy !

firstly y would u find a partner who doesn't earn aa handsome amount??
secndly there is no problem in the father stayin at home but a dad can never replace a mother .
God has given only woman tht power or rather tht responsibility n i think tht they should keep it well!!

this is not the era of 50's or 60's in this new age women can work even after marriage and have children and we call those women SUPERWOMAN....

Of course they should if they wish to I think the time when it had to fall to the men only to provide food and a house has long since lapsed and if women want equal rights then they should also be equal in helping to finance their married life if their husbands pay is not enough.

I think woman should work if thats what they choose to do and if they don't want to then they should have to unless of course her hubby isn't making enough to support them both. It should be a decision they both make.
