hello all! this discussion is about studying. so, when during the day do you think it's better to study? early in the morning, when you just woke up, at noon? in the afternoon? in the evening? or late at night? I've heard people keeping to a strict studying interval, meaning they would not even bother opening a book early in the morning, but study late at nigh. How do you do it?

I remember a book saying that the best time interval for learning is in the morning at about 10 am and in the after-noon, at about 4 pm. I don't have a favorite studying interval. I've noticed lately that the night is a very good environment to study, because it's not so much noise: not so many cars passing on the street, not so many people drilling holes through their walls or hammering on something, not so many people listening to manele...

lol, i know the problems with daytime study. but, also, in my neighbourhood, during nighttime, there's a lot of "dog-barking"... it pisses me off pretty much, sometimes (but not as much as when my neighbour plays manele...that makes me go all "dum dum dum" on him...that's what i do most of the times...and he stops or turns it down).

lol, i know how that feels. :) i never could really do that, coz all my exams were pretty big (i graduated medicine school). Now (actually, in november) i gotta retake an exam, and, studying just before the exam won't cut it, since i have like 1000 pages to study. "nice".

For me, it has always been the morning. And I like to finish my study first before doing other things. I usually get up and get a coffee, and start studying. Then when I finish, I will move onto other things. It's been quite effective so far.

happy to see you. my name is yangjiaju. now i am studying at university. from china. our daily life is a little dull. we have less soprts and partys. however i'd very like sports. we are always study. study day and night! which make me very tired. if we are not good at studying, it will be very hard to choose a good job after university. so study. study. studying... i just think studying at night is prefect to me. because i would feel very quiet and relex my body and activity my brain. and i think you can find when to study is fit us in your daily life, just to feel feel and to summarize it.

I am very weird, I am a night owl and an early bird! I find my best times are 6-9am and 8pm onwards, which, when not working, makes for a very messed-up sleeping scedule!

study when the mind is completely free from other thoughts.. relax your mind so that it can grab what you want to learn
