Tips for achieving gorgeous skin

Do you take supplements? Sleep early? What are the things that you do or take in to have that "GLOW"?

here are few tips for you eat three or glass of water daily on morining 1 hour before breakfast atleast take sleep for 4-5 hours daily strictly follow timing for your taking meal... eating randomly is not allowed always be happy... never take any tension never think bad about others.. always keep busy .. if nothing to do read good books or watch tv.. always take simple food

I've done one thing in the past year that has totally changed my skin for the better. It has truly made me look at least 5 years younger and maybe 10 years younger. All I did was switch make-up. I am now using Bare Escentials. It is a Mineral makeup that is in a powder form, but it has amazing coverage. It's not like liquid makeups, though, it allows your skin to breath and doesn't clog your pores. ...and no, I don't sell the make-up or work for the company. I just love what it's done for my skin and how the make-up looks on me!
