too old for internet?

Nope Im 56 I have been married, divorced ,married again and got 2 grown up daughters and a step daughter .i have been on the net for about 10+ yrs

I don't think that you are old for chat, is possible chat for your interest and more. So i think is possible chat for all age.

This is really a funny discussion. Should there be an age for using internet and chatting? I think internet and computer is for persons of all ages. So you can use internet and chatting. 70 years old people are using internet and chatting. So why not you can use it? Thanks

Never to old. Look at the realy old people who gather to play cards. I think this is the same thing, just for our generation.

No, I don't think you're ever to old to enjoy the company of others, outside your family. I would say it's better than going out on the town, as far as your wife's concerned. But, don't forget to spend a little time on your wife and kids... take them to the park or the beach or somewhere, whichever is more convenient. What makes you think you are too old? Since when has there been an age limit on chatting? If you enjoy doing something your age has nothing to do with it. There are people running marathons in their 80s and 90s. They don't let their age stop them doing it.

I have seen people here on mylot far older than you. believe it or not, yesterday I added a friend that is 61 years old. the day before yesterday an 88 years old man posted to my discussion. so age got nothing to do being on the internet. I do believe the more aged people we got here the better would be the site cause they are gonna share us their life experience.

If you're not old to talk to the phone , why would you be to chat with your friends on the internet ? Besides, your friends must be the same age as you, isn't it ? That means they don't consider themselves too old for such activity ...why should you ? I don't think that chatting on the net is a matter of age ,but of opportunity and keeping up with the advanced technology .
