what would you do or say

first I would analyze her situation. try to find out what did she do it at the first place??. not giving her excuses. then If that was justifiable, I would say "I know that you lied to me because ....... I understand you".

Definitely you have to call him on it! you do not let a man get away with a lie in hopes that he will eventually decide to tell you the truth. If he was the truth telling type he wouldnt have lied in the first place. Make him squirm!

I would ask a question or two to see if he would change his story. then I would say what I know to be the truth. I do not have time or patience for games and liesa

I really depends on the situation. There could be times that we need to wait for a certain time for our partner to tell us the truth, maybe he is just gathering every strenght on his bone to tell you the truth and explain. There could also be times that if your partner lies, you really have to tell them that you know that they are lying and you have proof because not all people will really admit that they are lying... so it really depends on the situation.

Honestly I would comfront him, because with the luck i've had with men in my lifetime, I've learned that MOST men don't always come clean about something if they can get away with it. Because if they intended to tell the truth about it at all, he wouldn't lie first, then tell the truth later, he'd tell the truth straight away.
