power gm doorlocks

i have a 1998 chevy silverado and pwr locks only works on the pass side
on the driver side actuator stays in the unlock mode
1 pwr is going to act.,
2 relay good
3 pwr switch is good
4 fire is good
5 wiring is good
6 connecting rods are good
i have talk with some local dealers the ones that will talk and couldn t or wouldn t help me so myLot can you help me
