Sarah Jane Adventures & Doctor Who are on tonight!

I noticed that Doctor Who, after it's long hiatus from scifi is back on, with a new episode I haven't seen. I also noticed this other new show on before Doctor Who called "Sarah Jane Adventures", and I was wondering. What do you think of this new show? and who's just as anxious to watch Doctor Who tonight on scifi as me? =p

I just caught the tail end of the Sarah Jane Adventures. Looks like she is finally over feeling left behind by the Doctor and realizes she is quite capable of saving the world on her own. YAAAAAAAY. That is one thing I hated about her. Good god, woman, he dumped you ages ago. Move on already.
Looking forward to the new season of the Doctor. Although 10 is not as cute as 9.

Eh, I watched it tonight and didn't think the show came on as strong as I was expecting. Then again. I thought the same thing about Doctor Who and i'm still watching it every friday I spot it on in the US, usually on scifi. =P
I have also become a big fan of Torchwood. Some of the.. scenes are awwkard, but for the most part the show is alright, =D

Sarah Jane Adventures is aimed at children even more than Dr Who is but it's still a good series and well worth watching. I've seen the whole series and

Which series are you on at the moment? I think it's ridiculous that America and Britain can't show the series at the same time. The whole thing was filmed months ago it isn't filmed one week and screened the next here.

I watched the Christmas episode about the titanic or whatever above earth yesterday. Yeah, from my understanding the US is very far behind, and i'm on dialup so I cant really watch the episodes online, =/
My only bet is to catch it on Scifi, or on a few other channels way later.

i watched the Sarah Jane Adventures and i dont really care for it. like someone else said, its definatly aimed towards children, which is the first reason i dont like it, and the second is "Sarah Jane" herself..the character just annoys the hell out of me for some reason.
course for that matter...the current "sidekick" of the Doctors, "Donna" is annoying as hell too, jeezu that woman is bossy and full of herself, WHY did they choose her?!

From my understanding, she's a very popular comedian in those parts which would speak for itself why she landed a role in the tv show.
