can i be a member of runescape with paypal??whitout putting any credit card number???

u don't need a credit card number. i've traded over 200 USD with paypal using a basic account ( no credit card details required ). However, if you want to send the cash over to your bank acc, u would need to submit ur CC details and by doing so, your basic paypal acc will be upgraded to premium.
