CPC to CPA conversions

I've read a lot about people making over a hundred thousand dollars a month by converting CPC clicks to CPA results. HAs anyone really done this here and would you care to educate us on the same. I guess a person making that much money wouldn't really be hanging around on myLot anyway.

Yeah! I heard some guy made a hundred grand USD in a month with this kinda stuff! Dunno how far it's true though!

Yeah that's right, I read about that too! The guy had even given a breakup of the entire financial chart.
