Breakfast is the first, and as my Mom and grade school teachers used to say , the "most important" meal of the day.
Here in the Philippines, I usually have a breakfast of instant noodles, bread, and a glass of hot choco which I think is not too healthy.
What do you usually serve for breakfast?

that is true breakfast is the most important meal of the day. i am from the philippines too. and when it is school season i cook breakfast for my children. well it depends on what i want to cook. sometimes i make fried rice and egg, or fried rice and hotdog. sometimes i make pancakes. sometimes i make oatmeal or champorado. i dont make the same breakfast everyday for i know they will not eat it. now that it is summer vacation they usualy wake up late. time to eat lunch lol.

For non-Filipinos out there, "champorado" is sweetened cocoa-and-rice porridge, usually drenched with milk. It's really good for the rainy days (the Philippines has two seasons, the dry season and the rainy season). Champorado goes well with "tuyo" or dried salted fish (usually "galunggong" or round scad).
Incidentally, I misspelled a word in the title. "Commplete" is supposed to be "complete". Mea culpa.

The best breakfast is one huge mug of coffee. I don't eat breakfast meal actually, ever since I don't know when. Some biscuits, bread, or cookies will do with my coffee but not the meal. I usually have problems with my stomach once I take more than a mug of coffee.

Hey kabayan musta. Your right its good to have a breakfast everyday, its just that there are times that i skip my breakfast but i make sure that my daughter will always have her breakfast. She drink milk with lactobacilli like yakult or dutchmill.I need to make sure that she can still get proper nutrition eventhough she doesn't like milk anymore. By the way she is just turning 2 this june and at hard to feed thats why i am seeking help to feed her right to the best.
