Mole sauce

I can only remember having it once and I was not that fond of it. I know a few of my siblings like it. I bought some Red Mole for my sister a few days ago because it was a really good price and she is going to try it and let me know if she likes that brand and if I should buy her more. Have you ever had Mole? Do you like it? How do you serve yours?

Qdoba's mole burrito was very tasty. Chocolate used as a condiment. What will people think of next? I believe, in the movie "Chocolate" the protagonist prepares chicken mole for dinner at the old woman's last birthday party. Anyway, cool idea and quite tasty.

I made mole from scratch once, and it was much better than anything I ever got in a store. I used Ghiradelli baking chocolate in it. :) I was cooking a traditional Dia de los Reyes (12th night) feast, so I followed the directions from my mexican cookbook which began with "boil one 12 lb or larger turkey." So, I've made it with fresh shredded turkey and it was very yummy.
