ok you know the type im talking about, those kinds of messed up villains in James Bond and such films. So what would you do if you was one? I would probably make sure my base had ventialtion ducts that were too small for someone to fit through, as thats the always obvious route of entry for the good guys. And i would never start a centance like "Befor I kill you, you should know....." because thats just not smart. What about you?

I would make sure that any bombs I make with a timer on them is programmed to go off when the timer reads 0:48 and the hero is just starting to put his heroic plan into action. Also, when I have the opportunity to kill the hero I would instead of just talking at him in a menacing fashion.

lol yea sounds a good idea, bet the hero would a tad shocked when the bomb explodes just as he is starting to diffuse it

It'll be great. "It's no problem guys, I know how to diffuse this bomb. Let's see, first you..." BOOM! How satisfying is that?

Right, air vents and not revealing the evil plan are covered what next? If I was going to hold the world to ransom I'd give them 12 hours rather than the whole 48 time to get defeated deadline. I'd have a back up plan. A really good lawyer - sorry 007, I've got a restraining order on you which makes my arrest invalid and collapses your whole case against me... My lawyer would also draw up really good contracts for my workers so that they'd suffer if they betrayed me!

I will make sure that my evil minions all wear clear plexiglass visors, so that no meddling secret agents can sneak into my base

If we're talking about stopping sneaky agents, I think the idea of ID tags needs to be reworked. It is "immoral" in normal workplaces but you're an evil genius so identification should take the form of a tattooed barcode. The minion has to know his/her own barcode off by heart and no numbers are provided. Also, it is read differently to traditional barcodes. If what they recite is wrong, they are obviously an intruder and should be shot on sight.

Not neccesarily a good thing. Without stupid minions, you can't have large brute force tactics with lots of meat shields. You will find it difficult to make a human shield of smart minions.

It's a win-win situation because then all stupid minions would be weeded out pretty quickly
