Water with lemon is really good for you, the honey as well. Lemon helps the PH balance in your body, better helping you to digest your food and dissolve fats. Honey is known to aid in healing many ailments. There is no reason any of that will deplete your body of anything.

Losing weight is a complex function and only drink some water is not available for you.So if you wanna lose weight you shall do many things at the same time.Do more excercises,drink enough water,make a special diet,and so on.
