Can they comeback from this season

Will the blazers be able to come back from this season. The started good and then they faded out of the glory the only thing that kept them going was Brandon Roy. I wonder if next year will be this way or if they will be able to get it together since there draft pick from this year will be able to play. I think the coaching should stay and see how it all plays out next year with the draft pick from this year Brandon Roy and the draft pick from next year. I hope they make the playoffs I think they will next year, What do you think
