When you go to the salon, gym or spa do you ever talk to your hairdresser, personal trainer or beauty therapist about your personal life? Do you tell them about your personal problems? Do you think talking to them about these things help? I have never done this though I envy those who do.

I don't talk about personel things even with my hairdresser. That is personal stuff and it stays were it belong at my house. I can't even me discussing that type of stuff with just anyone. Definitely not a hairdresser or anyone like that.

Only my hairdresser but then she is more a friend than my hairdresser, im not really into sharing all my life with perfect strangers
