Computer is a big part in my life and everyday I use it to communicate with people, write letters and blowse the news. I spend most of day in front of the computer. Then I feel my eyesight become very poor. And my neck and back are painful. But for the need my most time does belong to the internet. But how to avoid the sufferings from computer? I guess there are a lot of people suffering from the computer as me. The computer does bring us convinience but also brings illness. How should I criticize on it?

I also spent a lot of time infront of the computer. What I've noticed so far is headache.. when I feel that, I'd stop whatever am doing and gently massage my head. I dunno about my eyes, never visited the doctor, but I observe that my eyesight is still good. I wore light shades when am infront of the pc, I think that helps. I don't care what other people say. :D And just recently, I change the fonts to bigger ones! lolz! And always, always check the posture and just don't sit infront of the computer for hours! Try to do something.. like do some stretching or light exercises.

I do a lot of work on the computer, too, so my eyes sometimes become very tired, itchy and burning and so on. The best thing to do for me is to take a break, go outside, look at something far away, like clouds or scenery. I think being so close to our work strains the eyes. As to your neck and back, during your break, lie down on a hard surface like the floor and stretch out, pressing your back against it, then relax as much as you can for a minute.
