Former American Idol contestant and winner has had to cancel her tour due to a throat hemmorage that doctors have said could cause her permanent damage if it isn't cared for now.
I know that Jordin was the youngest Idol so far and I am wondering if that has anything to do with this. Do you think that stardom has caused her to strain her voice too much and possibly caused problems that will be worse later in life?
I hope that she does okay and gets the rest that she needs and gets back on tour soon.

She is good! I think that she will fully recover and just needed to give her voice a rest. She said that she knew something was wrong and so she was smart to have it checked then instead of pushing herself on and maybe doing permanent damage.

Maybe she is forcing her voice when singing. She has this very strong voice and i like that way she sing but sometimes i feel that she is forcing a tone. I think the best way use the diaphragm and not the throat when singing because that is the proper way because if you don't it will have a growing nodules that give you a hard time singing.

I believe that could be the problem. She is a young lady and she needs to allow her voice to mature some before she tries to hit all those big notes.
