Buddy Pond?

What do you think of the PTC site called Buddy Pond? I joined it a few days ago, but it seems to me like there isn't a whole lot of activity. There are only a couple ads a day, and many times when I click on one it will bring me right back to BuddyPond main page.
Any feedback will be helpful.
