This discussion is an addition to my previous one "hotmail help needed" . My daughter has everything changed to what looks like chinese in her hotmail and can't change it back. THe message that seems to have started all this can not be deleted or at least when we try to delete it a box appears with some chinese writing and we don't know what it says so we're afraid of clicking on it. SO I'm asking myLot friends to help. Can you read chinese? What does it say in the images below? Image number 1 is the email we can't delete. We don't even know what it says. We would like to know, of course :) THen I will try to post image number two which is the box that appears when we try to delete that message. I really would appreaciate if someone can translate what says on each image into english so we have a better idea of what happened and what we can do. thanks
