Can you really trust restuarants these days?

Sometimes, a person will get a steak that is blood red in the inside. That can make a person really sick, and cause them to sue the company. What's the best way to solve this? I mean, I know a person can check the steak before they eat it, but I mean what can we do to hire better workers?

At our restaurants here, they ask you to check your steak when they bring it to the table. I think its sometimes hard for the cooks to know when a steak is done. since they are making it for a customer they can't exactly cut into it to check. All you have to do is cut into them and if they aren't done enough, ask them to take it back and throw it back on the grill a little bit longer.

firstoff I tell the waitress I want my steak medium well done without red in it at all. And if the waitress brings mb back steak that has blood in it she will have to take it back and have them cook it some more. If you have to talk to the manager to get your steak cooked the way you want it do it as you are paying them to do it right. they are the ones that hire the cooks so they are the ones to complain to.
