making extra money through blog

I am really disappointed now. i made a blog including two topics, one is gaining waitloss and the other is making money online and submitted to google adsense. But they rejected my application showing the reason that the blog does not add value or provide unique content.I think they mentioned ablout The PTC programmes in the blog. I deleted that post and submitted to adsense,but no reply yet. Now I am sure that writing a blog is easier than getting approval from google adsense.
