Gettin gin shape fast!

I leave for vacation on May the 10th. I am very excited. Though over the winter my thighs and love handles have gotten a little bigger. Does anyone know a good way to get those two areas in shape fast? I am most concerned with my thighs. So any advice would be appreciated.

i hear the Cabbage soup diet works, only takes 7 days. i did 3 days of it, then i started working out lol, so i cant say if it was actually the best thing for me cause i cant say if it was the soup or the working out that got me losing weight lol

Well thank you. I dont know that I could do cabbage soup, but I appreciate the idea. Really I would love to know of a workout for my thighs that will show improvement in two weeks.

That's the first place I put on weight. If you can, try walking for at least 20 minutes and if possible quickly and do to it 2-3 times a day. That knocks off some of the weight quite quickly and gets rid of some of that cellulite. To help around the waiste. Stand straight then with the top half of your body move to the right keeping your legs apart. Keep the whole of your body as still as possible, just move your top half to the right and then to the left. Do that 20 times and several times a day. If you can try and do it 100 times, several times a day. You will notice that your waiste with tighten up and it will help those muscles just above the love handles! I do it while I'm waiting for buckets to be filled or during a cycle of the washing machine or just whilst listening to an up-beat song I like! It is easy to do. Obviously going to the gym, swimming are also good for you but don't know if you can get to them easily or if you want to do that? Another one. Lie on the ground on your side, put your arm underneath your head, the upper arm on the ground in front of you and then lift your top leg up off the ground, keep it straight. Do that about 10-15 times and then repeat the other side. That helps the outside leg muscles. There plenty more others - let me know if you want some more!

Definitely cycling. Get on a bike and go for a ride every day. Cycling is great for bumtts and thighs. Also cut down your meat intake to once or twice a week and cut out creamy, greasy cr@p and eat fruit, salads, steamed vegies and things like that. The weight will fall off, you'll have a spring in your step and you'll look hot in your bikini!
