some of us would both respond and start discussions...some may like to respond more rather than to start new discussions..have u come across discussions which is same as u have started?...i make it a point to check if the question or a discussion in mind is already been started but how many pages can we check?..cos mylot is really vast and one cannot spend time in checking all pages..i have noticed that certain discussions are same as i have started and still people respond..this is what we call"people think alike"??..
when a situation occurs such thatthe discussions u have started are the same after posting a particular discussion what would be your immediate thoughts??..

Well, when I first joined mylot,my liking for both answering discussions and starting discussions where almost the same.
But,when I was new, hardly any one would answer my discussions.
So,my liking towards answering to discussions increased than my liking to start discussions.
And I usually start discussions, which are not so commonly started.
But,only rarely I would start a common question which may or may not have been already asked.
For example,I have seen the question:
"How to earn more in mylot?"
almost every day. Some new members, does usually start this discussion.
But,they can't be blamed for that.
So,even if my common question is repeated,I don't stress on that.
But,I don't know your case.If the content of the discussion starter is exactly same as yours, then I think you have the reason to feel frustrated.
When we see a discussion,we will know whether it was started unknowingly,or was it just copied.
Cheers! Have a good day
Happy mylotting and happy earnings.

It has happened to me from time to time. I just always hope that people will respond back to my discussion as well, and give meaning to it. Sometimes it has been a while since someone else posted something on that topic, and then sometimes it is one many people tend to discuss all the time.
I once had someone way back copy one of my discussions word for word though, and you could tell they had. So if your discussion is original but maybe on the same topic as someone else, you should have nothing to fear.
Wishing you the Best.

Hi there. I have had this happen. There have been a couple of times when Ive just gone ahead thinking I have a new topic for discussion only to find that someone has one similar. Its never the exact words but it is similar in meaning. Anyway Im pretty sure this has happened to alot of mylotters, and maybe not intentional. Have a great day...
