Many Website promises to pay (with minimum payout!) but most of them are SCAMS, some for US residance, Some is unreachable to payouts, premium offer to get more, referral level. bla bla bla ... Only few sites pays it not enough for someone.. :) It my experience of about 200 site which i have registered. But whaterer they pays or not, i always think what is their profit? Do they earn tremendous with it? And what is about users they lost(many)? What is the policy of their business? Shouldn't we get our own SCAMS like that?? LOLz (Please do not send any SCAM to get your referrel...I hate it when it doesn't pay(but you got paid)) Thank you!

I am always very careful about what to designate a 'scam'. To me a scam is another word for old-fashioned con trick where somebody gets money off you and fails to deliver what they promised. The majority of sites are free to join so they require your effort, time, and participation, but no cash input. Are these really scams? Time wasters, more like and I think e all have to be vigilant. I agree that the main reason these sites are set up is to get page views and therefore maximum exposure for the adverts on them.
