Favourite chicken recipe?

I am cooking dinner tonight and quite fancy some chicken. What is your favourite recipe with chicken in? Mine is to do chicken, whatever vegetables I have in the house and rice. I really want to try something a bit different.

chicken cassorole is my most favorite. my g/f's aunt fixes it a lot during
the holidays and brings it down to their family get togeather. before i got
with my g/f, i never did know what it was. but when i first tried it, i went
crazy over the taste of it. i couldn't even imagine of how to cook it myself.
