OMG! major police mix up causes anger..what would you do?

I'm sorry but an apology..just wouldnt cut it for me...thats a MAJOR screw up! I can only imagine what they went through even if it was a short time (meaning they found out shortly after rather than days later etc)..What would you do or want done? I personally would want heads to roll!

O_O sheezus.
That's one major mistake. How could you be mistaken on a girl being killed in a car accident compared to being rushed to the emmergency room?!
That's just crazy.
