Why does Nokia not take any action against China Companies?

There's lot of Chinease mobile set in the market like NOKIA, NOKIG, NOLKA, NOKLA,NCKIA ..... The quality of those are undoubtablely bad. Once not working means you have to leave it. But believe me most of the people purchase it thinking it's NOKIA, even the sellers advertise it... But after buying it take 2 days to understand it... As they try to copy the goodwill of NOKIA, Then Why NOKIA is silent? Why don't they take any action against them? If they don't do it they will day by day lose their market.. Thank you
