Chicken or fish?

Hi All, i like to eat chicken. Whenever i go to a resturant i normally order chicken. last time i went with my friend and he said we will order for eachothers, so he ordered fish for me and i ordered chicken for him. After eating fish, if felt its also tasty. when i asked- why he like fish to eat- His answer was shocking, fish has omega-3 which is good for skin and its reduce the aging process and fish is also usefull for arthritis. now what!! he asked me the same question- i didnt had any answer just said i love to eat chicken. Can anyone please tell me why chicken is good ? enjoy :)

I like chicken better than fish. Oh no I don't just like it, I love it. It's my favorite meat of all time. Whatever chicken dish, I would eat it. Spicy chicken dish, sweet, sour, or whatever.. I honestly don't like fish, especially when it's not hot anymore. Although I have eaten some and have like some but generally I don't prefer fish.

You can tell your friend that chicken is good because it's low on fat. This is true especially for the white meat. If you eat chicken as your primary source of protein, you are less likely to clot your blood vessels. Unlike red meats, eating chicken also increases your metabolism. I think it will be good for the both of you if you order for each other at least once every two weeks. :)

i like both. it also depend i am going to which restaurent. some are famous for fish and some are for chicken. i try to take both if possible.

Chicken is also a lean meat with protien that you don't get as much fat as you do with other meats. LOL!! It healthy but not as healthy as fish. LOL!! But remember some fish can get mercury in them from where they are fished from and that too much fish can be a detrament to you. there are other ways of getting your omega threes other than fish ... You can actually go to the health store and get them and there are other foods that have it but fish is one of the main foods that have those dietary benefits.

I like chicken and especially if it is friend. But i like fist too. It's depend how it cooked. As i know chicken is lots of cholesterol! Lol.. especially their SKIN..i love to eat Crunchy chicken skin. But i learn myself to limit with it coz its not a healthy habbit.

Chicken is preferred when you're weight Conscious since chicken has less fat content than other foods. Fish is preferred when you want a Good eye sight since fish increase some Vitamin content in our body.

Well normally if i were go to a resturant , i would order a fish because i always believe fish are not easy to be cooked nice whereas chicken we simply fried it and it would be still nice too .

I like to eat chicken even I know that fish is more healthy but I don't like the smell of fish.

You can tell your friend that chicken is white meat. And therefore it is good for health and you won't get fat as easy as the beef and pork. I love China

i love chicken very much it is very tasty. i like chicken 65,chicken joints.till not i tasted mutton and fish also but i felt chicken is more tasty than them

i like chicken because it is very tasty i like chicken 65,chilli chicken, etc. i don't like fish because there are thorns in it i have to eat it carefully.

I do like both chicken and fish, but I have to say I prefer chicken for the flavour and versatility in different meals. Chicken has a lot of protein and is quite good for you, especially if it is organic/grain-fed. Fish is tasty also, and definitely has a lot of health benefits. I normally eat at least one chicken, one fish and one red meat based meal a week, as well as lots of fresh vegetables =D

Chicken is a low fat meat. It is a good source of protein while at the same time being low in fat. Being low in fat (providing you trim any fat off and grill it-no frying!) means that it is less likely to contribute to related problems like heart disease and obesity. it's also a good alternative to red meat if you're on a diet and looking to lose a few kilos! It is better to eat free range organic chicken as less chemicals are used in the processing of the chickens and they're generally happier, healthier birds before they're slaughtered.

I like to eat fish. Chicken also taste good but fish is much better in term of health.

I love eating both chicken and fish but I have to admit that when I am going to a restaurant, I always order chicken. I think that is okay though since at home, my mom always cook fish twice a week. Cheers!

Hey yogeshdhusa. Personally, I enjoy eating fish more than chicken. Fish is very tasty when prepared right. Also, fish is very healthy for you and your friend's right. Everything he said is just another reason to eat fish.
