how to withdraw money from paypal

Sorry friend.. i am a new user, i am here for the past 2 and half weeks, On last month end ie., as of 31st of May my total earning only $7.50, so, i hav enot been eligible for the last month pay out, now i have been crossed the minimum payout.. this month i Will be elegible for the payout.. Infact i have been already a paypal verified user, So, i dont have any problem to receive my earnings for the next month.. Why you are not get your paypal account verified..?? once you can verified your paypal account, you can add your bank account.. By went through the discussion, i found that you can able to withdraw the money from your unverified account.. you can see the response and the discussion you can able to know the this information.

I don't think you can withdraw money, but you can use the balance in your paypal to buy things instead of using a credit card or bank account funds. (ie. You wouldn't be able to withdraw cash, but you would be able to say, buy a universal giftcard (like a Visa gift card) online from a vender, and then take the card to an ATM and get cash.)
