Approved then regected for voice transcriber on ChaCha?

I am confused. A few weeks ago I received an email stating that I passed the voice transcriber test and that I could log on at anytime to start transcribing. I have logged in a few times and gotten zero transcriptions. Today, I got an email saying that I wasn't approved.
Anyone else experience this?

I've been a transcriber but since my ex has been with me I haven't logged on to do any chacha searches! I'm wondering if I'm still a guide there! I hope so since I emailed them and told them I would be away for awhile! Did you go to the forums to post a question about it or email admin?

Since I got all these notifications from ChaCha that they were going to be super busy, I decided to login and I have been transcribing for about an hour.
