Do you ever have a deja'vu. When something is happening that seems like it has already happen. Or seems farmiliar? I think everyone may experience a Deja'vu differently. I swear I DREAM my dejavu's. I know it seems weird. but I think I dream about something happening and then later on (who knows how later could be days months or years) it happens! When it is happening I can remember waking up having that dream hover in my mind of something like me at dinner and my boyfriend says something to me and then I take a bite to eat. That maybe it the whole thing. But when it is happening and I am at dinner with my boyfriend and he says whatever it is that he says I remember the "dream" or Dejavu or whatever it may be. It is just so strange to me. Does anyone else feel like this about your deja'vu's. Have you ever had a deja'vu? What are yours like? Do they happen often?

I have deja'vu all the time and I really think it is something we have dreamt. We have many dreams that we don't remember so I think we dream of something happening, forget the dream, then what was dreamt does happen, and we get that deja'vu feeling.

That could be. I hardly ever remember my dreams. Its like they linger on the edge of my mind right when I wake up. As soon as I am fully awake they are gone.

Dreams rarely do this for me... and when some do, I don't remember the event until I'm right on it. Other times its spontaneous and doesn't require a dream. I've not completely figured it out, but I've deduced both the scientific and the possible supernatural possibilities for them. For the scientific, its observation of a current event and then a random thought or observation triggers a perception of deja vu. The same can be said with dreams, as they would be memories simply remembered in a specific instance of life. These could be on the next day, week, even months out... possibly years. The human mind has its abilities and isn't completely understood, but the cells, processes, thoughts and memories can come together to form a situation that is perceived by the conciousness as a deja vu. For the supernatural, memories aren't always accurate and there is a possibility the "instance" or occurance of deja vu is legitimate. You've not specifically encountered the future, but if it evokes a familiar feeling (add the fact no one really knows the future)... then maybe something beyond science occured here.

yep, it has happened to me a few times too. not that often, just ocassionally. though ever since i got married, it's not as often as before. i did an article on types of dreams and i learnt a little on it. it's said that our sub conscious mind tends to pick up information better than our conscious mind. thus that information is put into pieces you could say in our dreams telling us a little of what will happen in the future. it's not future reading or something. just picking up pieces that we are not aware of when we're awake or something. it's kinda confusing but i understand what it means basically. i hope i don't get you guys confused. hehe for me, these deja vu events are pretty normal. like maybe something said in an outing, or a normal day in school, etc.
