begin a brand new life!!!

from this day on, i am gonna start a new life with postive attitude. i will get down to work seriously. making a detailed plan of diet, work and relaxation daily to achieve and progress a little daily keep a diary. i will make more friends who are positive and happy. i will always wear a smile and be happy. everyday is a new day and i am a new me. what's your suggestion?

Great to hear this from you. YOur words had instilled some energy in me too. You are true that every day is new and it comes with new opportunities and the only thing we need to do is to be ready to catch all these opportunities and for this we need to be a new we to be able to do this.

i think this is very much positive approach. it can make you happy always. everyday is a new day. we should learn to wake up a s a new person.
